I’m not sure who you are, but I’ve just had this conversation with someone today and I feel there maybe someone else who needs to hear what was said.
You are not bad, you have done nothing wrong.
You have a right to have a voice, to be heard, to be loved.
You are valuable, worthy, deserving, enough …
You have simply forgotten who you truly are, in this moment.
This pain is impermanent, it is not here to stay.
When the world feels heavy, burdened and there’s nowhere to go, no one to talk to and you feel alone, there’s is always somewhere and you are never truly alone, even though it may not feel like it at this moment.
Go inside yourself and ask ‘Where do I need to be, show me the way.’
Then listen to what your heart and soul have to say.
Pain is information and suffering is a choice. The way out can feel hard, like a mountain, terrifying territory unknown.
But there is a way as you are not broken, less than, unworthy even though you may feel this way, you are already whole.
You are strong, resilient, magnificent, you have just forgotten that this is so.
Breathe, come back in, even though your world maybe swinging and you don’t know where to go.
When your world is spinning, stop, get off the treadmill, step out of the story, drama and chaos, take a breath, get your feet on the earth and let it hold you just for a while.
There’s gold here for you to see, a pattern, a story, a way of being that no longer serves you and your heart, your soul is calling you to see it, break the pattern and let it go.
There’s often a child lost, broken and alone waiting for you to see, hear, recognise that the way you’ve been living no longer serves who you are today.
‘What keeps you safe as a child, keeps you trapped as an adult.’
Lansing Barrett Gresham
Remember the answers you’re seeking are always inside of you, there’s a truth there waiting to be told.
Check in with yourself, how old do you feel?
Whats happening in that child’s world, what pain is she/he feeling? What does that child need to know? Spend time here, let them see that they are love, lovable and enough, they are magnificent and already whole.
Ask the question ‘What’s right about this that I’m not seeing?” Then let it go and wait for the answer to be shown.
Elevate the conversation beyond what’s wrong, and focus on what’s right. What’s this situation pushing you to surrender, see, be, own. Your voice, your power, you are valuable, loveable, beautiful.
Surrender to the stillness, the truth you seek is already there.
Take time to do what nourishes you.
Meditate, find healing guided meditations, Tom Kenyon is a favourite of mine.
Move your body and shift the tension, let it go. Where there is movement in your body, there’s movement in your life.
Intuitively write and let it go. Allow your pen to move across paper and download, set your subconscious free and let all that you’ve been holding onto emotionally and mentally move freely across the page and then let it go.
What is the truth that this challenge is giving you the opportunity to see?
